As a geotechnical salesperson at Hasopor, you will play a key role in introducing and establishing foam glass as a natural choice in geotechnical solutions. You will work early in the projects and serve as technical support to consultants, contractors, and builders. The focus is on advising, building relationships, and long-term business development. Your responsibilities

• Maintain ongoing contact with technical consultants, contractors, and builders on geotechnical issues
• Provide advice on geotechnical solutions in infrastructure and construction projects
• Identify new projects and business opportunities through active project monitoring
• Conduct customer visits, presentations, and technical reviews
• Work proactively to ensure Hasopor's solutions are proposed and chosen in relevant projects

Good to know

The role is flexible and largely based from a home office, with travel involved and regular presence at the headquarters in Hammar outside Askersund. You will work independently and be part of Hasopor's sales organization, where collaboration is close despite the team being geographically dispersed. The job involves regular customer contact as well as meetings in project environments.

Our expectations

We are looking for someone with a university degree or a master's degree in geotechnics, road and water engineering, or construction technology, or another technical education combined with relevant work experience. You have a good technical understanding of geotechnics, such as ground reinforcement and foundation engineering, and are comfortable in an advisory role in infrastructure and construction projects.

You likely have experience in conducting technical discussions with consultants, contractors, and builders and can read and interpret geotechnical reports and technical drawings as a basis for solution selection. The role involves working in CRM systems and the Office suite, which requires good computer skills. Experience in design within railways or rail-bound traffic is an advantage. A B driver's license is required as the position involves travel.
